Started in 2008, In Demand Coaching provides empowerment coaching to individuals dealing with life issues as well as sole proprietors, and small business owners, looking to find true purpose and experience richer professional and personal lives.

Led by founder and owner, Maureen Letendre, a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach with over 20 years coaching experience, In Demand Coaching uses an approach centered on balancing the various aspects of your profesional and personal lives.  Maureen has herself experienced life and career transitions, owned and managed businesses, and held executive roles, thus she has walked in the shoes of most of her clients and can relate to situations by drawing on real experience and not just training.

Maureen is a Certified Professional Co_Active Coach and received her training from the Coaches Training Institute (CTI), an organizaiton accredited through the International Coach Federation (ICF). She is also certified and licensed as a Motivation Factor practitioner, helping people to prosper by finding the key to lasting motivation and commitment in reaching their goals.

Maureen brings ove 20 years experience in business, career and personal development to helping her clients deal with professional and personal changes, challenges and opportunities.  It is from her focus on organizational effectiveness and helping business people with professional development and personal empowerment that her passion for coaching emerged.

Maureen understands the dynamics of private and family-owned businesses and all the vaious functions in a business, from sales and marketing to manufacturing and operations.  She has worked in diverse industries, such as technology, publishing/advertising and construction.  her 16 years in executive leadership roles, particularly as the vice president of a family-owend company, have made her an expert in organizational effectiveness and change management, and given her the ability to fully understand and appreciate what her clients experience on a daily basis.  During her career, she has helped companies develop successful employee programs, manage exponential growth and downsizing, and saved cost through organizaitonal restructuring and re-engeering processes.

Maureen is well trained in human dynamics and has specific experience in mediation, facilitation, conflict resolution and relationship management.  She is also a qualified Administrator of the Myers-Brigss  Type Indicator, a tool she uses in forming the foundation for her coaching with clients.

Maureen has been featured in Women's Business Boston, the Boston Globe and auoted in the Worcester Business Journal.  She was a contributor to a college textbook on business writing, Real Essays, by Susan Anker.  She is a member of the International Coaching Federation, a member of the Marlborough Regional Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, on the Development Committee and the Patient Family Advisory Council of Marlborough Hospital, on the Steering Committee of thePartnerhsip for Healthy Care Giving and a member of Business Netowrk Internationl (BNI).
